Is this written coaching justified by Walmart?

Hello. I work at Walmart in the electronics department. I’ve been with Walmart for a little more than a year. It’s been a good experience so far. I know everyone I work with in the store well, and they know me as a good, friendly person to work with.

Today, I got a written coaching from my Co-Store Manager and Hourly Manager. No verbal or anything. They skipped straight to written. The reason being is because on April 20th, I had allowed a fellow associate (let’s call him B.) to purchase something for another associate (let’s call this person K.) using B’s discount card. Since K’s been there four months, he is eligible for a discount on the things he buys at Walmart, yet he hasn’t gotten one in the mail yet.

B did three separate transactions on the same register with me checking him out each time. The first purchase was for toiletries, which was intended for B to only use. The second purchase was for an Xbox 360 controller with headset that K wanted, but didn’t have a discount card for. K gave a partial amount of money to B because he didn’t want the headset. The third transaction that B wanted was for an Xbox 360 accessory (charge and play) that was to be used only by B, from my understanding.

What I’m trying to get at is this.. If K had his discount card when he should’ve received it by now, this wouldn’t have happened. That’s why I went ahead with the transactions. Do you think I should call Human Resources or anyone up in the chain because of the harsh punishment that the managers did?
I just wanted to add that they said “… One more infraction, and I could face termination.”

I have had no coaching, no talks to, not even anyone complain about my performance at work.
That is, no previous history of coaching up until now. If you ask anyone I work with, they know me as a great worker and an awesome gentleman.

It is very important to select the right Network Marketing Company. I chose Xango for several reasons but I will highlight some of their benefits in this video. Enjoy the movie!

Is this online iPhone 3GS deal reliable?

I have been searching online for cheap iPhone 3GS deals. And i saw this one : IPHONE 3GS 32GB for $320 USD (inclusive of 20 USD delivery to Singapore). Furthermore, I will get a free PSP SLIM.

I contacted the person thru email and asked him how he could afford to sell the phones so cheaply, and he replied

“All our products are brand New,factory sealed with complete accessories and we are distributor in all kinds of Latest Electronics,we buy in BULK directly from the manufacturer at Container prices,We re-sell to wholesaler and retailer at affordable prices………

We assure and guarantee 100% high quality products and efficient delivery scheme to our customer destination within 2 days directly to your door step.

We offer REFUND POLICY in case of accident, damage or otherwise we will REFUND your money within 24hrs, so that we can do more business in Future.”

It also needs me to transfer the money thru Western Union and promises me that my goods will be delivered within 48 hours.

What is your take? Is it reliable? Or is it an online fraud??

I also chanced upon another deal by different people of roughly the same prices (abit more expensive) : IPHONE 3GS 32GB for 360 USD. and this person sounds polite. What is your take?

Would you kick this person out of your life?

I have a friendship with a person who frequently asks me for favors. It can be something small, or other things that might take a little of my time. As with all of my friends, I’m always willing to step up to the plate and help them, unless something else like time or circumstances preclude me from doing so, and when that happens, I’m up front with them about it. I don’t hem haw around, I just say plainly, for example, “Sorry, I can’t help you move that weekend; I’ll be out of town.”

Well, this person always asks favors, but when it comes down to it and I need something, he can’t be counted on. He always has a “reason” or an excuse as to why he said he would but wouldn’t. Example: he works at a place where he can get discounts on electronics. I wanted a new flat screen. He kept saying he would get it and recommend the type for me, etc. This went on for three months. Finally, I just bought one after looking around myself. When he came over and saw it, he was pissed and made some smart comment about “Gee you could have waited, I would have saved you money.”

I’m at my wits’ end and feel like he’s not there for me like I am him and I’m just empty for him.Would you stop being friends with him?
